Help for hemophilia can be hours away or not available at all in Moldova, but the people who live there and have hemophilia are dedicated to improving care. Now, with a more experienced partner in Poland, who knows what they will accomplish.
The World Federation of Hemophilia's Twinning Program, supported by exclusive funding from Pfizer, seeks to improve treatment and care for people with hemophilia around the world by "twinning," or pairing, emerging hemophilia treatment centers (HTCs) with established ones.
